Bringing joy . . .

The mother of a friend was going through some difficult things (including a cancer diagnosis), and this quilt (unsurprisingly) lifted her spirits.  I started this a long time ago (like more than ten years ago - back when gold was the thing), but I finished it up for her.

 I forgot to photograph at home, so I had to take pictures in my office before giving it to my friend to give to her mother (in a different state).
