I have plenty of other stuff I've been working on, but January has not been as slow as one would expect it to be. I don't know why blogging has been so hard this month, but I'm going to try to do better at that. I know I said I was going to finish stuff, and I am. I am focusing on that list on the side of my blog. I'll get some updates on those quilts for you hopefully next week. I have to make two cakes today -- Bob the Builder for my son's 3rd birthday tomorrow and a baby shower cake for my friend for Saturday. Happy quilting!

thanks for your kind comment on my blog. i have to admit to you that i broke down and bought fabric yesterday. i just couldn't help it. i only made it 20 days.... :(
It's taking me some restraint to not cut everything out all at once. I am almost finished with the setting squares and will probably get all the sashing cut out and ready to go. I don't know what I will back this with, so I need to investigate that. But I really do like doing stars. I don't all that often, so hopefully this will encourage me to do more. Does Jann have a blog? If not, make sure and post a picture of her finished quilt so I can see too! I love your fabrics!
